Hi! My name is Stacy Bauer and I am delighted that you’re here. 

I live in a suburb of Minneapolis with my husband and our two children, Camden (Cami) and Wyatt— the inspiration behind my first series, Cami Kangaroo and Wyatt Too.

Before becoming an author I was a full-time teacher for 17 years, teaching everything from Kindergarten to 8th-grade math. My time teaching in schools has been an invaluable asset to my publishing career and teaching will always be a passion of mine. I now teach authors through courses, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, in addition to furthering my own pursuits as an author. I also love traveling to different schools to inspire children to follow their dreams!

I launched my publishing company, Hop Off the Press, LLC, in 2020 and I have spent the last few years learning everything I can about publishing and marketing. I have helped hundreds of authors on their publishing journeys. I was awarded the distinction of being selected as a top Author Coach by coachfoundation.com. 

In my free time, I play piano (something I’ve done for over 30 years), garden, play games, read, travel and spend time with my family.
